My Clinic  Approach

I’m Dr. Armando Falcon, MD—a Cuban-born physician who came to the United States 30 years ago. I am board certified in Internal Medicine and spent 14 years practicing at the University of Miami Hospital, Baptist Health, and other prestigious institutions throughout Greater Miami. Over time, I discovered my true calling in pain management and dedicated my practice to helping car-accident–injured patients navigate both medical treatment and the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) system.

Beyond injury care, I have extensive experience in medical marijuana evaluations—particularly for veterans with PTSD—and I lead nutritional and weight-loss programs that emphasize evidence-based strategies. My passion for wellness has driven me to focus on GLP-1–based therapies and other innovative modalities, ensuring each patient has access to the most effective, up-to-date treatments. Whether I’m coordinating a comprehensive PIP evaluation, certifying a veteran for MMJ, or crafting a personalized weight-loss plan, I strive to blend clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

Fluent in English and  Spanish, I take pride in serving Miami’s diverse community. My goal is always the same: to empower patients with the knowledge, support, and treatment options they need to regain control of their health and live life without limitations.
